·         Learn the technical details concerning how our hardware and software works and what problems it solves for our customers

·         Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers

·         Create new sales enquiries and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients

·         Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels

·         Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting

·         Install and demonstrate printer/medical device at customer sites to make sure the product is working properly, and the end users are satisfactory with the performance.

·         Provide support to service team members

·         Provide daily / monthly reports to supervisor.

·          Good communication skills

·         Preferable experience in medical/Pharmaceutical/healthcare field

·         Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

·         Basic knowledge of computers.

·          Fresh candidate, 1/2-years of sales experience in pharmaceutical domain will be given preference Good communication skills
